Anadraulic State GT by LG Sciences - Review

Anadraulic State GT, a product of LG Sciences, is a pre-workout supplement, which is taken 45-60 minutes before workout. I have been taking Anadraulic State GT for about two weeks now and have already seen drastic changes in my workout.

LG Sciences recommends that you take 1 to 3 scoops of Anadraulic State GT about an hour before your workout. But I take only one scoop of it and it gives me the pump that I need.

The very first thing I noticed was my rest time between two sets. Anadraulic State GT recovers your body real quick and prepares you for the next set. My rest time almost halved.

The second thing I noticed was my focus. It really gives you the aggression that you need in the gym while working out. A good pumping music and aggression makes a good combination that pushes you a little further.

The third thing I noticed was my weight gains. I gained 4 pounds in two weeks, which is ridiculously awesome.

And the fourth thing was my weight lifting power, which also increased quite a lot in just two weeks. I can not only lift more, but also lift heavier (dead lift).

But at the same time I would like to bring to your notice that I have also tried SuperPump 250 before, and the results were quite similar except the recovery time. To sum, Anadraulic State GT and SuperPump 250 are both really good, but the former gets more points on recovery time. But I am thinking of switching to SuperPump 250 for a while after finishing my three tubs of Anadraulic State GT.

I bought three tubs of Anadraulic State GT from bodybuilding.com as a buy two get one free deal. I am very happy that I made the decision. If you guys are taking Anadraulic State GT and have something to say about it, please feel free to post here.

Bodybuilding - Introduction

Bodybuilding is an individual sport. It requires not only passion, but also patience because muscles don't grow over night. Bodybuilding requires balanced diet, balanced workout, plenty of water, and lots of rest. Please remember that our muscles grow when we sleep/rest. 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep is considered ideal for bodybuilders. In this blog, you will find details of workout plans, diets and recipes, supplements (pre and post workout), music, etc.

Most bodybuilders take supplements that provide the body with essential nutrients and chemical compounds required for muscle building, increasing the endurance limit for weight lifting, recovering from intense workout, improving the metabolism, etc. In this blog, you will find reviews on latest supplements sold in the market.
